To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. If this time frame has passed, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, please send an email to fiddle_havoc_2b@icloud.com. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return. Please note: You must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions listed above. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
